The Tomb Raider Level Editor is a package of tools used to create game levels for Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Part of the package, the Room Editor, was used by the Core Design developers to create Tomb Raider levels. A version of the level editor was released to the public in 2000, as a second disc with Tomb Raider Chronicles (PC version only), that allows the user to create levels for Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation.[1]

You said "TRC is the only game with a level editor" and that's not true, the Level editor does not build neither for TR5 nor for TR4 (It's a slightly modified TR4)

There is a winroomedit for tr5 but it was leaked and honestly not worth using

I understood dg1995's post differently. I think dg1995 meant only that Tomb Raider Chronicles is the only game in the series that came with a level editor in addition to the game. In my opinion, dg1995 didn't tell in sentence "This is the only TR game that had a level editor." about concrete engines that can be used to play the created levels.

Then we understood the sentences in different ways. Although there were already level editors in development before TRLE came out (dxtre3d)
