Most likely.
This might light a fire for Sony PlayStation to develop some kind of shooter multiplayer game to fill the void if COD goes away for good. I for one would love a resurgence of SOCOM but I hope they don’t go too crazy with it.
It should play like PUBG, maps and vehicles like Battlefield, and the customization and fun of COD..

Said the same thing during the Zenimax takeover, then literally the day it was finalized said future games would be exclusive to MS platforms. It's all a way to say "No really we aren't building a monopoly, we'll still allow games on other platforms" then as soon as the ink is dry backpedaling on it because of course they're going to be exclusive.

Considering MS seems more interested in providing a service than hardware these days I wouldn't be surprised if it stays multiplatform but through gamepass.

Yeah, would be cool...even though im not a multiplayer shooter fan...im just a fan of spreading the market instead of relying on 2-3 IPs in a sector.
