Was AOD ever considered for the Dreamcast early in development? Or was it always on the cards that it would be a PS2 console exclusive?

Not for Dreamcast but I do seem to recall they were thinking about a gamecube version.

I personnaly heard xbox. I think it was always meant to be a PS2 exclusive and other "consoles port" were just rumors...
