After the final boss and crystals I'll release beta version and start fixing bugs. I suppose many of TR2-3 bugs will be fixed too at this point. Ports and other features will be done on the way :)
I plan to start developing the next part this fall (objects logic & enemies).

mini-feature by Defrago idea, check out this video. Still need special alignment for every item, but it works already in most cases :)

BTW, completely unrelated question: what happened to normal maps? Do you plan to include them again at some point?

most likely I'll add normal mapping in some form, only for dynamic light sources (gun flashes, flares, crystals etc.).

Though I'd prefer normal mapping to be affected by normal game lights too and be always visible, I can totally see where you are coming from. I imagine the bad texturing in some places make a really annoying visual inconsistency, so reducing the frequency they appear might be a good solution.

Doesn’t it already? I know Sponge’s Easter levels have keys visible after inserting them.

Is that TRNG or NGLE?
