^ Rage is best cured by taking a little time-out. Take a walk or a shower or anything. Once you snapped out of it you should try and reflect and/or talk about it, that usually helps me.
I feel pretty stressed. I have an exam about political science AND the history of social work in the morning and I haven't really studied..... Good thing it's multiple choice. I should be sleeping though, I have no self control whatsoever

Trust me! You do not know, this rage cannot be "cured", or even treated with a walk, or even a shower.
Cause here's how the scenario would play out: The walk: I'd talk a walk, and throw myself into the bat! Or explode off on a random person I walk pass! Or lie in the street hoping a car will pass by! The shower: I'd slip, fall and break my neck like Lara Croft because I couldn't stop pacing back and forth and the bar of soap happened to be right there! See, its a lose/lose for my brass. I have no other choice but to explode to quit! EDIT: Oh sorry, I'm being selfish... Quote:
