Any news on any patches ?

Playing a lengthy game really takes your mind off patches etc, i started elden ring & it's quite the grind but enjoyable, haven't thought about any patches at all this week since it starting.

I was on a week hiking trip in west Wales, lots of long walks around gorgeous beaches and magic mushrooms to make the journey even more epic. It was glorious!!

Now I’m on a train back home, and the patch has re-entered my consciousness 🥲

It’s super quiet on this subject everywhere…. I kinda think it’s over and we won’t get patch4. I’m really really worry because I don’t wanna this game to stay in state worse than it was after patch 2.
Water is really in worse place than before this is perfect example:
And the bug with skybox is really not acceptable …beginning of Pacyfic looks like we swimming in space and floating islands looks funny at some points when u use gun or use flare.

What makes me a bit angry was how ppl were doing debates and drama over stupid posters in sleeping with fishes (what was easily correctable with mods and texture switching ),but when it comes to real deal like that almost nobody writing not only here but also on other social platforms.

Ppl complaining on color pallets on already polished tr3 but not noticing that tr1/2 missing graphical effect that could be implemented to the games( footprints in tr1 and to and breathing Lara In tr2 gold)
I’m sorry for my small rant it’s not about my preferences but I wish the game is solid and EVEN. By even I mean to look the same because at this point they do look similar but they should contain the same graphic elements and for the ppl who will educate me now that footprints were not in tr1 and 2… smoke effect was also not also no rain or snowing effect also clips falling out of Lara’s pistol , fire also look dofferent in tr1 and 3 . So it’s not excuse. Lara not breathing air in cold levels in golden mask is also overlooked look at the same effect is in caves in tr1.why it’s not in expansion for tr2.
Once again I’m sorry but I’m really not loving patch 3 the worst thing is we can’t even choose to go back to patch 2 becouse being pc player I would do it we had anyway outfitselector…..

Patch 4 is coming, it's likely already been pushed to publishers and we are just waiting for their approval. Steam db shows there are multiple newer builds so don't worry about it.

I'm sure patch 4 will likely be the last patch though so hopefully they fix the remaining issues in this upcoming patch.

You'd think they would capitalize on the Steam Sale somehow. It won't be much admittedly, but a patch is good news nonetheless.

The patch is coming. I think people aren’t talking about it anymore because there’s not much more to say. They know about the transparency issue, they know about the water issue. People were saying it from day 1 and the reaction to the most recent patch was very clear, I’m sure they took note of it. The steam database showed they tested a new build of the game about two weeks ago, it’s due to come out any time now.

I agree with you and want all the titles to be consistent. They pretty much are consistent but yes there are areas that are worse, like the snow levels and golden mask. It’s not that much worse, but it is – and that’s always been touched on within Tremolo’s list. We will see if they implement any changes regarding that but they are definitely aware of them.

It’s calming me down a little guys that you saying it’s coming for sure .I guess I’m so anxious becouse patch 3 was miss easpeically compared to previous patches .

I see in the Steam history that there is a resumption of work on the beta, even this weekend I notice changes

Anyone else think that Lara's footsteps sound a bit quiet in TRI?

Maybe it's better this way. The feedback has become a bit overwhelming lately, and maybe the things being quiet can help the devs to take it slow and easy from now on. There aren't many more bugs to report anyway.
