Any news on any patches ? - Page 471

Has it been stated why the developers cannot just send out updates regarding patches and their estimated release windows?

Doesnt that have to do with their contract and confidentiality?

Technically all the patches we have gotten are just things that we assumed we might get cause prior to them dropping nobody has confirmed anything, none of the devs are allowed or obligated to announce it, or at least thats my perception.

I mean like with other games i have played they will usually announce on Twitter or Discord whats planned to be addressed in patches and estimated release times.

Maybe the remasters are operated differently and they don't have the liberty to communicate upcoming stuff like that.

I think it's bc of the previous incidents with fans stalking and demanding from the developers, so it's now been left up in the air as to avoid further pressure.

(It was just one fan, actually, if he can even be called that.)

So now even though Xproger has been online recentely which is a bit telling there can't be any more posts by them suggesting or hinting at anything as to avoid further trouble & dilemmas.

Thank you for the info,

I didn't know that happened and i am very sad to hear the developers had to endure that.

Hopefully the developers have blocked that fan and they are no longer causing issues.

Let’s focus on the next patch discussion please! The daily dev branch has been updated on steamDB today! So they are still working on it! Authorisation process for patched on consoles around 5 to 7 days.

Let’s pray it has been the last update and we can see the patch to be released next week!

I wonder if they will do something about the cut tutorial voice lines, AI could come in handy if they need brand new lines, or maybe replace the entire thing with text prompts.

I guess they will release along with discs launch, just like a "Day One" patch for discs.

,5-7 days Authorisation for PS4+PS5/Switch and X Boxen i which world didn you live.
If takes 2/3 weeks until the Patch finally come when they will be finally finished.
