I just had a 140.5kb update on Steam, but I have no idea what it was for. Has anyone else had it?

Patch 4 confirmed to be on the discs of the physical versions. PlayStation 5 digital version right now is 1.0.0.4 however the physical is shipping with 1.0.0.5.
