We won’t get the patch notes until it’s released but it did leak early a few days ago. People spotted more visual changes like a new skybox in Croft manor, transparent inventory backgrounds etc. The images of this leak are in this thread a few pages back

And we know the water is gonna be patch 2 water which most agreed was the best looking version of the water so it's a win for us.

I also remember seeing that blood was fixed on Tomb Raiders tiktok page showing London with Blue lights.

Most important fix is that transparency issue, then i hope the water gets treated better, some fixed skyboxes especially Antarctica it looks so barren above the ship & at the very least improved skyboxes in Golden mask & golden falls.

Very well spotted charmed!!! I’m getting the collectors edition and I don’t even know when that’s going to be shipped to England. What does that mean for the patch for those who didn’t get the physical edition?!

The patch will likely release on the same day so your digital edition will download the update and your physical edition disc will just download patch 4 for you when you insert it

What colour were the lights before? What did they fix with blood? Was it not showing?

Not correct, physical offline installation has patch 4 already included on the disc per charmedangelin post.
