I checked Thames Wharf, there was no dome and no redone lighting. There was no transparent background in inventory screen for remastered graphics. There was no transparency bug fix, no river ganges waterfall fix, basically nothing that I noticed.

This patch may have some differences but I don't know all the problems/ bugs that are known and as I originally played on PC I don't have saves that I can really use for testing other stuff (apart from using the level skip cheat).

Is that the extra page on the main menu after TR 3 with the QR code? If so, then no, it doesn't have that either

I just had a thought.

Based on the leaks, patch 4 should include an additional menu with a QR code leading to (I presume) website for news and info on the new pillar game. So maybe, they are postponing the patch to release it once the official announcement is made?
