The problem with that would be that if these clothes on the ground use models instead of texture/decal representations, they'd have to also appear in classic graphics mode which would violate its vanilla ethos.

Best way would be to make it like Nightmare in Vegas, gown for modern graphics and classic outfit for the other.

There's still the matter of that missing car at the start of SoR...

Edit: After having watched those Rome FMVs and cutscenes bit further, including the gown might not be the best idea after all. In one of those Rome levels Lara meets Larson and Pierre, and when Larson body-searches her she makes a specific reference to her back pockets.

The skybox seems to imply that it could be early morning after the night at the opera. My guess is that Core couldn't include the taxi in the scene because they couldn't figure out how to prevent gamers from accessing the street behind the gate and the taxi without making the area look even more artificially cut off, but they still intended the street to be the same one. But then again, the scooter is also missing. Due to laziness perhaps?
You know what's interesting? There is a particular TRLE level which seems to exactly address all your issues:

Even the crashed car is included at the first of level.

Edit: If you want to see it, fast forward to 1:58.

Look forward to TR12's announcement. The Society of Raiders' QR is linked to that, so the patch is coming that day or later, but not before.
The 25... if we don't receive the update on that day, then that's it. It makes so much sense because now we have that QR on the game

Yes, there were 7 other pieces of DLC, mainly Tombs.

It was cancelled "due to the coronavirus epidemic". Really unfortunate timing.

DLC8 was Croft Manor.

There are a few articles and threads that come up on google, "shadow of the tomb raider cancelled dlc", if you wish to peruse further.

Coronavirus lockdown came like 5 months after dlc8 was cancelled

I don't want to sound picky, but the game does need an update.

The water, the transparent textures, the flares and some other details need to be fixed. All of that doesn't look good and it continues throughout the game. The game is playable, yes, but the bugs are very distracting.

And if there was a leaked version of the patch on Xbox, I see no reason not to release it.

But isn’t in the big scheme of things, asking a fix that is nothing but fine details that doesn’t stop the game to be what it was? Objectively there is no major bugs or something that breaks the experience to the point of being unplayable. I personally wish a lot of things could be different, but that’s not realistic, the same way a lot of people would like things, in their opinion, to be improved.

I think it’s better they use the time and resources on the upcoming trilogy, SPECIALLY with AOD.

How much recources could it cost to fix that water tranparency issue though? If it was added with a patch, it should be possible to be removed with one, that's all.
