I don't know if there is a main.sfx file

I just had a look through the folders, and it doesn't look like it's there at all.
Is it in an archive?

Which folder would it be in? haha

It will be in the ....3\data\
You probably did copy it without knowing otherwise the game wouldn't load

Im looking now on rivatuner and it says its running at 60fps 16.6ms
and the line for frame pacing is a straight line with no bumps.

But that could be rivatuner thats stabilising the frame pacing itself, im not sure.

FimbulWinters, could you create a checksum file for the EGS directory?
So that I can compare the hashes from the Steam directory and see which files are different?

You can use this tool https://github.com/gurnec/HashCheck
Just right click on EGS folder of Tomb Raider Remasters and select "Create Checksum File..."

Ahhh yes its there

Just tested TR3 real quick and Laras "no" still sounds pretty quiet when trying to select a weapon I dont have yet.

So im guessing thats not fixed.

I'm hoping that they're gonna release a new patch that fixes even more stuff, and thats why theyre hesitating to release the EGS build.

Ok, that's not fixed then. Looks like EGS has some geometry smoothed out.

Compare this video (steam) https://youtu.be/IpvMaaEpJKk?t=246 with this one (EGS): https://youtu.be/kXq9NDVcbKU

Just before she enters the waterfall area opening

You can also see a huge difference in the sand being more tones up and smoothed compared to the sharp looking step on the steam version.

Yep!! I hope they bring over these changes to everywhere soon, or at least let us know something

Sorry I made another post with the smoothing thing, thinking my earlier edit will go unnoticed
