I fixed some texture errors (classic mode)
I noticed some errors in the texture pages for classic graphics mode, likely introduced when they changed all the medipacks to green circle/white cross.
After a lot of faffing around and flailing about, I finally found a tool I could use to fix them. List of fixes: Tomb Raider 1 (LEVEL2) City of Vilcabamba - medipack transparency Tomb Raider 1 Unfinished Business (EGYPT) Return to Egypt - medipack transparency Tomb Raider 2 (WALL) Great Wall - left over red cross texture on small medipack Tomb Raider 2 Golden Mask (LEVEL5) Nightmare in Vegas - left over green cross texture on small medipack Tomb Raider 3 (JUNGLE) Jungle - left over green cross texture on small medipack in monkey's mouth (TONYBOSS) Caves of Kaliya - left over green cross texture on large medipack Tomb Raider 3 The Lost Artifact (UNDERSEA) Sleeping with the Fishes - large medipack texture alignment (ZOO) It's a Madhouse! - left over green cross texture on small medipack My mod to fix these is now available on Nexus Mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/tombraider...tered/mods/575 There are other errors that were present in the original games too, which this mod does not fix: Small medipacks in Tomb Raider 2 and Golden Mask have red on one side of their yellow clasps. Large Medipack clasps in Golden Mask are half black and the bottom of the medipack looks like it may have the wrong texture on it, though that's probably impossible to see in normal play. The Small Medipack that monkeys hold in Tomb Raider 3 and The Lost Artifact have white clasps instead of yellow (Jungle, Quadchas, Temple, Zoo). Last edited by topazlink; 13-09-24 at 11:11. |

OG is so ugly!
But it was never like that in the PC version. I hope that the developers will implement texture filtering and resolution options with a new update. |

I think that adding graphics options would also be behoveful in the long term; without them the game will likely become irremediably incompatible with future hardware.

Tomb Raider 3 The Lost Artifact (UNDERSEA) Sleeping with the Fishes - large medipack texture alignment The Large Medipack texture wasn't put back in the right place after they changed it and it impacts slightly on the dolphin texture above it I've updated the mod to fix it |

Any chance you could fix / mod some of the dodge AI textures to be corrected. Or fix mistakes that are in the level textures (ie on the walls/floors)
I don't have any examples to show, as I haven't played since update 1. I'd do this myself but don't own photoshop and can't open the DDS files. Venice's statue with its 'sword hand' merging. Lost Valley's mud/stone textures not lining up as they did in OG TR1 causing obvious gaps in modern mode. etc |

Classic mode is hopeless...30 frames with more cubes than ever...I feel like it's unplayable
