I think that's just a consequence of how the TR engine handles lighting, I can't find anything wrong with her model or its vertex mapping

The screenshots look gorgeous, especially the hammer room!
Regarding the lighting issues on the model - have you tried Sapper's EditWAD to recalculate normals? It gives generally a better result than Strpix and in some cases can fix lighting issues that would still persist after recalculating normals in Strpix. |

This looks absolutely amazing! Can never have enough remakes of TR1 and so happy that it's inspired by the Cancelled Core design Anniversary with your own twists and ideas. This is like a dream come true!

TRNormals is pretty good for recalculating normals.
You can get it from here: https://www.tombraiderforums.com/sho...d.php?t=158135 Use the Weighted option, it yields better results from my experience. |
