It's not the boobs, it's Emma's facial features and body, she'll really have to buff herself out.

I think Gemma is becoming my favorite suggestion, especially after looking at more of her photos. Her face seem more Lara-like to me: the dark eyes, full lips, broader features.

Besides going with an unknown, I think Emma, Oliva and Gemma are the three best options. Would be happy with either of them.

Maybe add a Summer Glau in there too.
