I can't decide if I want to replay the trilogy, start with rise or just replay shadow when the DE comes out next week.

If you start now with Reboot and Rise, you'll make it just in time for Shadow's DE. I'd replay it all

Be in sync with haloween, so you should play Yamatai. It isn't that long, it can be done on a sunday afternoon. Then building up the tension of the mystery of SoTR's definitive edition content(s), you could start RoTR too. Then finally you can progress next week-end to SoTR.

There is no combat so all you do is walk around and solve some puzzles.
