I don't understand why they're only putting ToO on new gen consoles. It's not as if the last gen ones won't be able to run it and there's still a sizable portion of last gen consumers who haven't upgraded yet.

It's estimated that after the holiday season there's be nearly 25 million PS4/Xbones on the marker but that still leaves 95 million PS3/360s out there in theory.

Probably because they don't feel that they need to (from a financial standpoint).
They are not after the big bucks with ToO...

Considering they're so intent on money they're willing to whore out all their western franchises as 'safe bets' then I'd think they'd wanna make as much money as possible whereever they can. Their attitude is somewhat bipolar towards money making, I find.

only the high_ups in SE and CD are to blame ...that's not very hard to comprehend..

If Rise is coming out on the 360 it surely will on PS3 if the deal ends.
