It looks great!

I'm just confused as to why it took 5 years? Was there something that just took ages for you to get right?

I'm planning to build a display box for it, nothing fancy

I made a rattan bow in 2007 or something and it looked a lot like the first bow you get in the game hahaha I've unearthed an old photo for you. I'm not sure what happened to the bow when my parents moved

I knew I wanted the axe when I first bought the game in 2014/2015. I just had no idea how to build it. I've tried pepakura but it warped. I think this axe is best built in flat layers this way. so I kept putting it off because I had no idea how to make it or I had no tools or anything available.

When I was free recently I just decided to make it with whatever materials I had, which was MDF and a sharp utility knife. Turns out, all I needed to do was to just finish a project and not dream up the best way to do it lol. I simplified the model to make it easier on me. I couldn't cut those indents on the shaft with a box cutter

It's just 6mm mdf! there's only three layers, it all fits on a single sheet of A3 MDF. I cut it out with a regular utility knife, glued it with cheap carpenter's glue, primed it with the same glue but watered down, then I spraypainted it

3d print would've been so much easier. I bet even a 3d pen would be easier than what I did. I love those little pens lol if I get one I'll probably try to make another axe

It's missing a lot of details but I'm just glad to have a finished thing hahaha
