Tutorial is for

$8000, 335, $1E

not

$8000, 335, $11E

Thank you... I based it on my own triggers, but probably did something wrong (I swear my exported trigger for 335 anim said 11E!). Anyway, it's ok now =)

^you can try using AssignSlot=, it doesn't always work but in most cases it does

Even with TRNG the number of moveables limit is 256?

Or is this just a warning?

^just a warning, but after that the most known issue is the torch fire, which starts to bug out and randomly attaches to a random mesh
Limit in TRNG is 1024

Quick question: does anyone know if there is a monkey-to-ladder animation somewhere to download? Everywhere I look I see the animation that does the opposite.

Inverting the animation of ladder to monkey would give a nice start point, I guess

I don't think there is one.
Would be a nice addition to the ladder and monkey moveset I think.
