Mistakes in the Italian voice acting of TR4

In the Italian voice acting of TR4, in the final FMV, Werner Von Croy repeats an identical "Ja, ja! Non c'è tempo! La mano, Lara, dammi la mano!" twice, as you can hear in the following video from 0:37 onwards.

The second utterance was supposed to be similar yet different, according to the English version.

In the cutscene in which Lara frees Jean-Yves, she says "Vieni via da lì, Jean!". However, this should rather be "Vai via da qui, Jean!", which makes more sense.
