Is there any way to use these objects in tomb engine? i can scale it down and import it as mesh for items but i cant get the textures to work...

Scale textures to 256x256. It's the maximum resolution available in TEN.

I had some time and extra holidays and I used it for TR. I was thinking about moding but i hit the wall. Managed only to do some retextures correcting book size in Manor , improving skybox a bit and small stuff like that.

I see a lot of ppl doing outfits etc Maybe someone would be kind and redo plants underwater( 40 fathom and other levels) and Golden Mask Boss? these two things im sure wont be corrected with patch.
( I mean i know plants looks nice but they look a bit like sprite from up i saw many plants in game on ground have more 3 dimensional shapes)

Also on nexus i saw Animals redone it looks soo stunning. you have guys so much talent.

I did. Its already there ready to be downloaded :P
also skybox replacement was unblocked if anybody wanna play Lost Valley in night or Rainy Jungle.

I changed some textures that i though were little confusing like this Venice statue:

but its really max i could do I wish someone work a bit more on Talion Chicken and change final Boss of the Golden Mask to more scary monster and on the plants underwater. I have feeling it could look way better. But I have no tools nor talent to do it so I ask other talented modders plz

What is your Blender version? If it's above 4.1 maybe they changed something again so errors happen. Try getting an older version if that's the case, multiple versions of Blender can coexist on your PC. Currently it has to be 3.6, 4.0 or 4.1.
