It's a pity that the stealth technology didn't work, if it had that likely would have been seen as a violation of the treaty of Algeron when Voyager made it back to the Alpha Quadrant

Even if it the stealth tech was compatible, Captain Janeway probably wouldn't have allowed it to be installed. Treaty violation as you mentioned.

Starfleet could get away with it since the stealth technology isn't a cloaking device like the ones used on Klingon and Romulan ships Starfleet could have found a loophole in the treaty of Algeron and the treaty of Algeron could have changed or been scrapped entirely in the future that Admiral Janeway came from.

Starfleet and the Federation did use a cloaking device to hide the Holoship in Star Trek Insurrection and used a cloaking device to hide their base on the Ba'ku planet that plus the stealth suits that were used on the Ba'ku planet.

Starfleet had used cloaking technology prior to what's described above, in the episode Who Watches the Watchers there was a cloaked observation outpost to observe the population, there could have been an amendment made to the treaty to allow observation of pre-warp societies but we'll never know

Now that I think of it it's strange that the Borg never used cloaking devices on their ships it would have made assimilating entire species much easier if no-one knew they were coming, the Borg assimilated Klingons, Romulans and Voth and presumably Klingon, Romulan and Voth ships.

The Borg would have had easy access to cloaking device technology and yet they didn't assimilate that technology that would have given them an advantage, the Borg assimilated the people and technology from the Voyager Prime Factors episode and incorporated the trajector technology into their cubes.
https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Spatial_trajector

It's unusual for the Borg to ignore technology like that, it's likely that the Voyager writers and producers thought of that and decided against it as it would make the Borg too powerful or maybe they never thought of that, we'll never know if they did or didn't think of that.

The Borg probably didn't think cloaking technology was needed for their ships. Considering how their technology operates, why would a cloak be necessary?

It would still make assimilation a lot easier if no-one knew that the Borg were coming, anytime the Borg try to assimilate Earth they're always defeated.

It's not like the Borg to overlook something that could prove advantageous to assimilating an entire species.

Youtube suggested this, female Sulu and Female McCoy are so hot if they get any hotter they'll be on 🔥, I'll drop by femSulu's quarters later to perfect my docking manoeuvres then I'll go to sickbay and let femMcCoy practice her bedside manner, I'd have Vulcan Love Slave enhanced to include both of them

Okay, whatever foats your boat. I'd take a different route in a relationship with a woman, not that I'm not not attracted to women; I'm just old fashioned.

There is only one Captain Picard and that's Patrick Stewart same goes for Hugh Jackman and Wolverine.

Toby Stephens is a terrible choice to play Captain Picard, Stephens was insufferable in the James Bond movie Die Another Day, having him play Captain Picard

A Kelvin timeline version of the Enterprise-D crew would be a disaster like it was with the majority of the Kelvin timeline versions of the original series characters which I outlined in a previous post
https://www.tombraiderforums.com/sho...72&postcount=7

Of the 7 characters in the Kelvin timeline they got 2 out of the 7 characters right, the 5 characters that they didn't get right were Kirk, Spock, Uhura, Scotty and Chekov.

Simon Pegg did a terrible Scottish accent, Paul McGillion from Stargate Atlantis should have played Scotty he can do a far better Scottish accent than Simon Pegg.

Simon Pegg should stick to comedy he's better at comedy than he is at science fiction.

Meh, rebooting TNG in the kelvin-verse is bad idea.
