I don't mind paying for this as I wanna give my support to the guys who created what looks like a proper Tomb Raiding adventure.

That's a good thing. I'd rather have a game that cost money to buy, but doesn't have microtransactions and paid DLC waiting down the road.
I like it the good old fashioned way; pay for a game once and then never pay again.

Why do people always expect mobile games to be free? They can also give hours of fun and have a development team behind them.

I'm really hyped for this game now that I saw it in motion. At first I found the round-based movement a bit odd (for example when the boulder is "chasing" Lara), but now I think it's a really cool concept!

well Hitman Go is €4.99, I assume it'll be the same price for LCG, which I don't mind paying for it

I don't think it's directly taken from that, but more from TR1 (which are close obviously). Our animator is out of the office, I'm still waiting to hear back from him directly!
