And it means it is not the TRA model like you claimed. It is a new one, based on reboot Lara.

Of course it might be a bit of a reach that this is the model for TR12, but it is not that much of a reach to think this might be at least a basis for Lara in the next game.

The statue is definitely based on reboot lara face. How can people be so blind to find Anniversary lara in it?

That just goes to show what a great job whoever made the model did in terms of making Lara recognizable enough to the point where some people think she was based on Anni Lara, and yet she also gives off mature Survivor Lara vibes. This is very accurate to what I'd expect Survivor Lara to look like after losing some of the baby fat in her cheeks. Her facial features are sharper and more defined akin to classic Lara. I just LOVEEEEE the expression, the fire in her eyes If Lara has a tenth of that in the next game, I'm happy.

This post sums it up well too:

Nothing more than a model for the statue.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned the article by Gary Hunt over at ZBrushCentral.com, but they mention that Crystal Dynamics indeed gave them the origional model along with the face, which they tweaked to be more older and classic-like.
Apparently Crystal also asked for changes to her lip line and minor things to her face...interesting. Might be a reach but oh well. One can dream

There's no doubt about that. We all know they're unifying timelines and for classic iconography to return her attire was a must. So they just copy pasted reboot lara's face on Anniversary-esque lara's body. I think we all know now how she'd look like in the next game. Don't know who would voice her. Maybe Camilla , maybe a new beauty.

I assume that's why the belt is crooked when T-Posed too. Based on the pose they put her in for the statue they would need to have it moved a little bit to keep it flat and stop it clipping through her hips.
