Question "Annoying" line in the menu

I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of this...

They also appear in the loading screens, it's a bit distracting... for a perfectionist like me.

Using Peixoto's patch (available through a quick Google search ) or running the game through dgVoodoo should fix this.

You can get rid of them by launching the game through the Peixoto launcher.

The game will take a little longer to load at first but you won't see the line ever again. This applies to the loading screens as well.

You can download Peixoto patch from here.

Some background on the issue:

This mechanism existed since TR1, and perhaps in TR3 there would be no problem. But programmers for some reason decided that the texels adjustment is no longer needed for background images, and removed it. Different video cards work differently with the UV-coordinates, and we observe a typical texture bleeding.
