Default Export level as mesh + textures

Hello

I'm new in the TR modding universe.
So excuse me please, for dumb questions.
I download some level editors but no one with an export function.
I want to export a whole level with UVs + textures to blender or 3DS max

None of the editors currently has such on option AFAIK. Tomb Editor has one planned, it was available for some versions it was removed temporarily due to it not working correctly. It should be readded in a very few versions.
In the meantime, you can actually use meta2tr to extract the level from the compiled level file. I don't remember how it works exactly, but basically it's a tool that exports the rooms into MQO files, that can be used with Metasequoia (so builders can alter the graphics and reinject it into the level), but MQO files should be more or less supported by more common software, and if it's not available as is in your software there may be some plugins. I don't know the details really, but that is the direction you should look at.

Similar to what Joey described, you can also use the latest version of FexInspect to export an entire level to MQO (or DXF, I think) with textures, although I think they’re saved as individual materials and not a UV map. I’m on mobile right now but when I get to a computer I’ll find you a link.

Thanks!
Meta2tr and Metasequoia work well.
Not so straight but it does the job.

Unfortunately, I could not find an export function in FexInspect.
Save only as TR level.

There's this tool by Turbo Pascal that extracts levels to mqo (I think?) format directly. Hope it helps.

Found it! It's an extended version by Sapper. The version I'm using is Rev 13, but there's a newer version, Rev 14. Haven't tested it, but I haven't had any issues with Rev 13. Oh, and it can export it MQO and OBJ (not DXF like I had guessed).

Sapper, by the way, is a coding superstar who has provided tons of useful programs to the TRLE community. You'll come across his name a lot around here!
