Sounds more than a series of remasters to me, some sort of events, theme park, etc, as others have suggested.

Well spotted though!!

Hype it up and then watch it end up being a 4 minute montage YouTube video.

It does sound very intriguing - and it could be anything, given the 25th anniversary is around the corner.

Just please, don't let it be a re-release of the reboot trilogy.

If it's a game I hope current-gen will be able to run it. I know many people are against this because "it won't look as good" but not everyone can upgrade as soon as a new console is out.

Oh dear, time for another 1000 pages of speculation on this.

I'm excited though, it has to be a game or a collection of something. The word Ultimate is just way too sensational to be something like a theme park. How would they market a theme park with the word ultimate?

It's either

A. remasters of Reboot trilogy for Next Gen (Highly likely imo)

B. remasters of classic TR games (Not likely imo)

C. remasters of the first three Core games and the reboot games in some kind of ultimate collection. (A dream that is also unlikely imo)

A remaster of the classics would be a dream, yes. But I highly doubt it, given we had absolutely no leaks and spoilers about this happening. I doubt something like this could go unnoticed in this day and age. But I'm all for being proven wrong, here

Right now, I can only assume two things:

1) either it's a bundle of the Survivor Trilogy for next gen

or

2) a bundle with the remastered classic + LAU + survivor games as a whole single package, for current and next gen, therefore the "ultimate" Tomb Raider experience

Time to put our clown makeup again!

When I read the title I thought that it would be a bundle of all the games. No remasters or anything like that, just a package of all TR games up until Shadow for the 25th anniversary. After reading some posts here, yeah it's probably a theme park / escape room / something irrelevant.

Damn... I hadn't even considered the concept of a bundle of all twelve games... I'd so pay for that... One can dream right?
