I think what psiko try to told you is mostly the same as me... but I'm not so used at animating. You can use in Anim Comment the "grab position" and make her jump directly from the grab position, so the animation won't continue - on the other wall... But I'm not sure to understand how to do it!?
And this involved Lara can do this jump from wall ONLY one time (which is correct!) |

Nice job, bagas! I wish you could finish it faster than what you plan!

Rather than linking the "push away from wall" animation to the original jumping animation, duplicate the original jumping animation into a new slot with all the commands except the "grab onto wall" and link it to that instead. Then Lara will only be able to perform the move once.

The Updated animations is finished!!
The package will contain 3 versions The Realistic one (Lara can only perform the back jump once) The Acrobatic one (Lara can perform the back jump twice) The Classic one (Lara can perform the back jump infinitely) But, before I release it to the public, I need some help testing it first (to see if there's a bug) Just PM me if you want to test it Bugs (At the moment) __________________________ -Inconsistent speed when Lara release her grip from the wall sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow (unfortunately, the speed of the gravity is hardcoded, so I can't do anything to fix it. Just a minor visual bug though, it's not so noticeable, I think) Last edited by bagas; 03-07-14 at 17:49. |

Yeah but it's a bit unrealistic if lara keeps jumping all the way up
Lara can also access area that's not meant to be visited if the builder is not careful at designing his/her levels Some people wanted it to be realistic (one jump) I wanted it to be a bit acrobatic (two jumps) Some people also wanted it to function just like the old version (infinite jumps) So, fulfill everyone's needs, I created 3 versions of it The Realistic one (Lara can only perform the back jump once) The Acrobatic one (Lara can perform the back jump twice) The Classic one (Lara can perform the back jump infinitely) In my opinion, two Jumps is already high, adding more jumps will broke the game mechanism. |

Ah, I like this version better.
I like the limited amount of jumps Lara can do. Much more realistic than the endless ones. |
