That was a teaser trailer, you can't see the enemies clearly and they run like Gonados from RE4 so you can't say definitively what they are (the fanbase argued over this even back then). Capcom issued no details about the game with the teaser, didn't say it was single player, they didn't even say it was Chris which was another thing fans debated. It's not even gameplay.
