Praying that they’ll release the art of the Lara Croft card without all the text

It’s beautiful

^^ A set of special cards you can purchase for the card game Magic The Gathering as a crossover with Tomb Raider. They're doing a lot of crossovers like this. Lara's main card is a brand new one, while the others are all 'alternate' version of other cards. They still count as the original if you use them.

Lara's main card looks very flavorful, though not that powerful. I appreciate using classic style Lara for the most part. I can forgive the axe/bow focus, to better mesh with MTG, though I don't like it either.

I like The Lost Valley reference.

Storms of Yamatai just doesn't seem fitting, especially with the random Legend quote.

The bow I don't like, but like I said I get why they chose it.

Totec's spear is nice, but the clunky addition to her quote is dumb.

Kiteche, neither good nor bad.

I like the AoD reference in the treasure token.

So 30$ (or 40$ with foil) for 8 cards.
Lara has been more times in other IPs than she was in her own games at this point. Classic remasters can't come soon enough.

The hair is so beautiful. It's the perfect texture and color. I love it.
