the cine_lara.drm Lara model is an unused early model of Lara. You don't need to tweak it if you want to replace Lara's textures because that model is totally unused.

Thank you for confirming! I couldn't figure out what 'cine_Lara' is used for and only included the DRM file as a precaution because it had all the same textures as the Anniversary Lara model.

Folks, please delete cine_lara.drm from your folders if you've already downloaded it because it's not necessary to use.
