Try TR2Main solution instead (there is the link in a red text in the top of thread). Among widescreen and numerous fixes, there are also some keyboard fixes for Wine emulated mode.

Though it does not provide super highres textures support like Peixoto patch does. At least for now.

When I extract the file, Windows Defneder tells me that there are viruses.

Is this normal?

Whenever I use the link in the OP, I can never actually download the patch. It's like it doesn't work or something. Any help?

I go to the OneDrive link that is found (eventually) in the OP, but when I try to download it on OneDrive, it acts like it can’t or won’t let me. I’ve tried a different browser too, and it doesn’t help.
