Question

Is it possible to combine ammo with puzzle-items?
I've tried with CombineItems= PUZZLE_ITEM10, CROSSBOW_AMMO1_ITEM, CROSSBOW_AMMO3_ITEM
But the combine options does not appear with either the ammo or the puzzle-item.

Am I overlooking something or is this a no-go?

The source:
- cannot be COMBO
- cannot be Lara's equipment (health, flare, ammo, weapon, lasersight, binoculars, compass)
The target only:
- Lara's some equipment (weapon, lasersight, binoculars, compass)
- no COMBO puzzle, key, pickup

(JMN's ring inventory will have an own, fixed feature for this. Now it is still being tested...)

Ah, good thing then that I have made a workaround.

Made it work with some scripting including a GlobalTrigger with GT_SELECTED_INVENTORY_ITEM in it.
You go into the inventory and select the gunpowder. Lara will "craft" explosive arrows as long as there are normal arrows in her inventory.
Once she runs out of those, she'll say "no".
When selecting the gunpowder, you'll also hear the "menu-combine" sound and the created explosive arrow will appear in the lower right corner as if picked up.

Not as nice as having the scroll through the inventory to find the combineable items, but it works.




Another question:
I'm using the enemy-submarine object in my level.
I've made it so it can be "killed" using explosive harpoons.
Enemy= ENEMY_SUB_MARINE, 200, NEF_SET_AS_MORTAL + NEF_EXPLODE, IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE

Since it would be silly if it could be killed with normal harpoons, I wanted to add TCF_ONLY_EXPLODE to the above script.
But whenever I do, it crashes the game when the submarine is triggered.

I combined the key with the puzzle combo to make another puzzle. It worked but the final puzzle was not possible to separate. I added a description to final puzzle string which explained that impossibility to separate
