Hello from a furry Tomb Raider-Fan!

Hello!

Normally I would name my avatar FreddieTheShepherd (you can find me with that name on DeviantArt) but for the Tomb Raider Forums I decided to name my Fursona/Avatar Freddie Croft (as he is also able to wear a Lara-style outfit)

Who am I? I am a actually a Furry from Austria but also a huge Tomb Raider Fan and recently finished TRI-III Remastered on my PC. I normally like rather antrophomorphic animals, but Lara is a kind of exception for me and I´m fine with that. I draw many pictures, even Tomb Raider ones, write stories, craft different kinds of things (also Lara papercrafts).

What brought me to Tomb Raider? Normally, I don´t like shooting games or something like that, but Tomb Raider always was an exception for me. As I was born 2007, I grew up with my dad playing TR Legend, Anniversairy and Underworld. I can remember cutting out the key arts from strategy guides etc. because I always liked the colorful small pictures there...my dad wasn´t so excited but ok. I was very early familiar to Lara, but then years came where Tomb Raider "vanished" a bit from my life because school and everything...there wasnt enough time I guess.

But everything really changed 2 years ago, as my dad got Shadow of the Tomb Raider for his birthday. I got interested again and at that time I also got familiar to the Furry fandom. More or less everything changed in life and I got more and more familiar and interested in Tomb Raider and Lara Croft. One year ago, after my dad gave up playing buggy TRAOD, I started with playing TRI on Steam. After that, I played and finished successfully the first three games. An then the announcement for TRI-III Remastered came. I thought myself: "Ok, then just play it again!" And so I played TRI-III once again - during monday to sunday. On the weekend, I now played TR4 since january, finished it last month and began playing TRAOD - I left out Chronicles because it feels weird for me playing Lara although she is considered dead...

So, thats the story how I became a Tomb Raider-Fan!

I was also around your age when I joined

I also love legend, anniversary and underworld a lot! Legend is one of my favourites along with Aod and TR2

I am about the same age as you, and I also started playing with LAU, and later played the classic version.
