Sgt. BOMBULOUS, have you ever tried to build a quality old-fashioned steamer trunk? That might be a cool project.
Lots of cheap knockoffs in the 50-200 dollar range, but a real, Amish built version you can actually travel with will set you back like a grand or more. I was cleaning the attic and was thinking of trunks since I have a couple of really old ones, one I think from the 1870s, stuck back in there. Neither are in good shape and I don't have the keys for the locks. They reek of mothballs also. |
