Going to agree with Shirley here - fixating on IQ and finding ways to tear yourself down is a recipe for not liking yourself. The less you care about something that you can't control, the more you'll embrace the parts of yourself that you should love and cherish.

I speak from experience here. Not on IQ, but a lot of other things in my life.

IQ does not imply quality of life so honestly I don't see the point of comparing people based off of "how smart they are" (because fortunately we know there are many different types of intelligence).

This is my beef too. Matter of fact I reject the concept of intelligence totally.
