I would like to thank everyone for your contributions. It's hard for you to know what to say because the knowledge+information that you have on me and my circumstances is limited. There's a lot of stuff that I probably wouldn't be comfortable sharing in threads on this forum, and this restricts the abilities that you have with trying to support me.
I appreciate the desires that you have to try and support me, but I don't want to put too much weight on your shoulders; you don't have any responsibility for me and probably have lots of problems of your own. I think that the main people who can make significant changes in my life would be myself and the people who are closest to me and know me personally. |

When I hit a severe depressive episode a few years back, I swear it degraded my memory recall to a notable extent. I've just been noticing that my mind is really foggy as of late. Maybe this is an indicator that I should change things up in my day to day? Which I am trying to do, despite the frustration of brainfog. Part of what I pride myself on also is my vocab. I adore reading. And to bunnyhop off of the other discussion taking place here, people who have never experienced mental ill health, or seen a loved one (family & friends) go through it, are honestly so lucky and blessed in that regard. I've learned frame of mind, perspective, is paramount to overcoming hurdles, and a lot of people take it for granted. The mind is an incredibly powerful thing, very elastic, and very easily damaged. I've become much more open-minded and appreciative of spirituality and philosophy as I recover from trauma in my life. |

I also did have COVID around this time last year, and noticed my sense of taste and smell completely disappeared during. |

We live in a day and age where the solutions to problems seems to be to moan about on Twitter; isn't that how everybody deals with problems these days?

If we keep a single word on our brain we die that's why we make a bunch of alt accounts on Twitter and reddit and write the most stupid ****
