It's simple, he felt so above me he refused to pay ME. He knew he has to pay. His only intention was to show me 'who's the boss here'.

Poor timing? I'll say. She tried to blame the hairdresser for taking her time & going over to different clients. She went in for a wash and cut, there's no way that would take 4 hours.
