The blue smartscreen warning will be gone once you execute the exe for the first time
Just click on "More info" and then "Run anyway"

I'm more worried about the players that will not play and abandon the level because of the warning. You know how some players are "It worked all the time and suddenly this level gives me a warning...".
Additionaly Windows is trying their best by hiding the "run anyway" button.

From my point of view, what keeps FLEP alive is its users, we would not be here if FLEP was not used anymore.

The new tomb4.exe was introduced recently, so it is normal that antivirus programs do not like it, but over time they should learn to trust it.

Both workflows have the same patches, so yes you can stick to the old workflow.

And I am grateful for that!
FLEP has enabled me to add lots of new stuff to my game.

I could be mistaken but I believe on the new workflow there is a slight problem?

Loading a .fps (basically a setup of patches) seems to only load the patches but not deactivate ones that are not used in the .fps.

For example I save my .fps with wibble rooms activated only, then I turn on both wibble rooms and wibble objects, if I then load the .fps it will essentially do nothing as it does not deactivate patches.

I'm not actually sure if this is at all intended, but on prior versions of the old workflow it would fully load all your patches exactly as they were as far as I can remember and deactivate ones the fps didn't use which was convenient, haven't tested the latest update in old workflow so I cant confirm how it works there right now.

Might not be a big problem, but I noticed it thought I should mention potentially and thank you for maintaining FLEP!

Is there a newer user manual? The link in the other thread doesn't work anymore...
