Hello world!
Hi everyone, I'm Cynthie. I've been a big fan of the classic Tomb Raider games since 1996. Something about the old games really sticks with me, especially TR3 - it’s got this kind of deeper meaning for me. I still work with the Level Editor from time to time, but I tend to stick to the classic Tomb Raider formula when I create levels. I'm not really interested in pushing boundaries or reinventing things - there's something comforting about the old mechanics that I prefer to keep alive.
Outside of gaming, my life's pretty quiet. I keep a few pet snails in a cage, though I let them out now and then for a little adventure. My biggest passion is collecting video games in their original packaging. The look and smell of those old boxes take me back to brighter days. Nostalgia's a powerful thing, isn't it? Anyway, I'm excited to chat with you all! |

Welcome to TRF!
New users who show wit and smartness, depth and sharpness of thought — as you have done with your introductory message —, are very welcome to help raise the overall quality of the forum, which is unfortunately haunted by very unpleasant presences. |

And Mr Od, your words truly resonate with me. Indeed, there is something about certain spaces - be they digital or physical - that can attract such unpleasant presences. I've often found that these presences linger, like shadows that creep just out of view. Brother Obscura. It's fascinating, yet unsettling, how they seem to be drawn to places that house depth and sharpness of thought, almost as if they're threatened by it. Anyways, nice to meet you. |

Alright Ingram. You could try welcoming them into the forum on their own thread without trying to take a wee jab at a group of people you don't gel with, as if this is some high-school cafeteria or popularity contest. Not very classy of you. ('Scuse me Cynthie!) |
