How to attach pictures?

I've looked at the list of approved picture-uploading sites and I don't care for any of them, as they require me to have an account. I'd much rather attach a picture to my post, but I don't have that option. how do I get it? I have a question about the game and it requires visual aid.

FYI - I just take a picture (and size it down the if necessary). Start post as usual with words. Then, scroll down and see attach files - manage attachments. Browse and find your picture- select it - then, upload picture- and submit post.
