Just got my tin yesterday. I don't even remember having it as part of my package order but maybe I did. It does have quite nice quality though.

I think that's the last of my order. It took nearly 3 years but I'm satisfied with the content. It's a shame there had to be such issues surrounding it, but it's great to have updated versions of some of my favorite pieces of music in gaming.

My tin came today! Or maybe yesterday, I didn't check the mail until today. Either way, a few days before the estimated arrival for USA. I'm happy!

I actually forgot which version I ordered. I opened the package expecting a black tin only to discover I ordered the white. What a nice surprise! Hahah. No, I love it. The quality is fantastic and it feels so good to hold the actual, physical copy in my hands. The project may have been rife with unforseen complications and issues, but I don't regret backing it one bit.

Dear Backers,

We know you want The Tomb Raider Suite documentary – “Tomb Raider Remastered” – to be released as much as we do! To complete the documentary we need a camera crew to film the remaining half-a-dozen interviews. We also need to finalise the editing, add the grading, produce the sound mix and complete all the legal clearances. To date, it’s self-funded and stands at 50 minutes. But to complete this film and really make it the documentary we all want to see, we need to continue funding the production.

Here are a few images from the film:

How "The T-Rex" was written

Discussing the recording at Abbey Road Studios

Jasdeep Singh Degun playing Sitar

Because of minimum orders with the manufacturers and our wish to try and supply you with four choices of album cover, we had to order far more copies of the albums on vinyl and CD than we actually needed to fulfil the pledge rewards.

Having now completed on those, we are able to count what surplus albums we actually have. Initially, this seemed an unfortunate and terrible waste, but as events unfold we are starting to see how these additional albums may actually help propel us toward completing the documentary and our other remaining stretch goals.

We’re hoping that the ‘problem’ of the extra copies may actually be the solution.

So, we are proposing that we make these remaining copies of the album available for sale. Initially to the Kickstarter backers only, and then once you’ve had a chance to grab any copies you might want, we will open up the sale on our website.

A note on exclusivity: Some of you may be thinking what about the exclusivity of these albums rewarded via the Kickstarter Campaign. Let me say that we are not printing any more CLASSIC LARA and MODERN LARA (white cover) albums. Once they are gone, they are gone. The same can also be said about the GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION albums. No further copies will be pressed after these have been sold. No album sold on the website will be signed.

I hope you understand the practical reasons why we are considering offering up these albums for sale and that you will welcome the opportunity to grab a few more goodies for your collections.

To conclude, therefore, we are proposing selling the following: (initially just to the Kickstarter Backers):

JEWEL CASE CDs

Jewel Case CDs - MODERN LARA and GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION
MODERN LARA Jewel Case CD (85 available) - £15 (plus p&p)
GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION Jewel Case CD (95 available) - £40 (includes p&p)

VINYL ALBUMS

Vinyl Albums - CLASSIC LARA, MODERN LARA and GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION
CLASSIC LARA Vinyl Album (40 available) - £45 (plus p&p)
MODERN LARA Vinyl Album (80 available) - £45 (plus p&p)
GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION Vinyl Album (95 available) - £100 (includes p&p)

DELUXE TIN CDs

Deluxe Tin CDs - CLASSIC LARA, MODERN LARA and GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION
CLASSIC LARA Deluxe Tin CD (15 available) - £30 (plus p&p)
MODERN LARA Deluxe Tin CD (15 available) - £30 (plus p&p)
GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION Deluxe Tin CD (110 available) - £70 (includes p&p)

Please let us know your thoughts. We are really excited to have the opportunity to finally finish the film. What we’ve got so far is great, but with your help we can achieve excellence - a top quality product we can all be proud of.

If indeed you would like to make a purchase, please send me a direct email via Kickstarter. To remind, this can be done by clicking on my name on the TRS Kickstarter Project Page and then clicking the blue ‘CONTACT ME’ button.

Thank you all once again for your support and understanding and I hope to see some of you at our next concert in Paris towards the end of this year.

Kindest regards

Nathan.

Not for a television-level production.

Also still need industry-standard audio recording equipment.
