Hi i'm searching for a mod that puts lara skins in order like in beta (wearing camo pants in paris,shorts in louvre,etc) i asked about this one and some user gave me a link but this time but i don't find the post or the message anymore Does anyone has a link to that mod ?

May be a long shot but pre Texmod era - there was a website called.. Zac Medley (?)(my first name is zac..so I'm worried about confusing that one hahaha but it still feels on par!)
Anyway - it was the place for first first first AOD outfit mods that were somewhat plentiful. I wonder if this is where you may find what you're after. Wayback machine may help. Looking at the video link you provided...I dont recognize it either or its origin (as a recent outfit mod) so perhaps it's more historical. Hope that helps some

It's weird for me to call this a mod because it only corrected those things and lara's ponytail wasn't bugged..

Been working on a Beta Lara sculpt for use in Unity and UE today. Still in very early stages of blockout and refinement but I would love to put her into AOD after retopo, texturing and rigging.

 I've always loved her design over the final version. I still remember how badass I thought she looked when I saw her in a magazine in 2000.  The reveal trailer version was terrible though. On par with TR4's young monkey looking Lara. Those shoulders were so huge they even pierced through her backpack strap (Or maybe they forgot to add it) and the holsters didn't even connect to the belt.
