Default What is something that's cute and romantic in movies, but creepy in real life?

What is something that is cute and romantic in movies, but is creepy af in really life?

"I'll die without you"

In movies that's usually played off as showing how much love someone has for the character, but in real life I feel this is creepy as hell because if your that infatuated with me to the point where you can't see any form of life beyond our relationship then I advise you to get some help because I've watched way too much ID Network to see where this will end up.

I don't see that as creepy some people would fall apart without their special relationship I see it as a bit dramatic maybe but not creepy.

I think it's creepy and cheesy how 2 people in some certain movies just "Fall in Love" with each other after meeting the same day.

"I'll die without you" isn't creepy

It's actually pretty accurate, both literally and figuratively. It's not unheard of (typically on older couples) for someone literally to die of shock after their spouse dies. There's also some people who end up completely broken mentally after their soulmate dies.

I can't really say anything specific, but quite often there's **** in romantic movies that would be stalker-ish in real life, but it's accepted as "cute" because it's a love story.

Hmm...you guys are probably right. When I was posting I had just watched a show on ID where the guy said it after the woman left him and he then went insane and killed her.

Obviously if have someone you care for you can't imagine a world without them, but if your dating for a few months or barely know someone then in that context it could be creepy. Ha ha

Personally, I think that thereís something already in a personís brain and an event can trigger it. She probably broke up with him for a good reason.

When one person kisses the other out of nowhere during an arguement, even before they establish that they have feelings for the other.

Watching someone sleep (looking at you, "Twilight").

Invading the love interest's apartment (looking at you, "Fifty Shades of Grey", though pretty much everything in this movie is creepy).
