I don't have this game, and don't intend to get it either, but I'm wondering just how much use outfit modding is, considering that you can barely see Lara at all because of the isometric camera angle.

I just had the same issue with the full game. I followed Dale's instructions too. Hmm *confused*. (I want to extract some textures for the Source SDK)

Once you done renaming the files you need to load Steam and start LC (via Steam.exe and not by itself) then instead of the game you get TexMod - load the LC.exe and once you're done hit "Run".
