It's a bit frustrating that I have to go through job training because it's been so long since I've been out of school.

I got major flashbacks from my childhood when I decided to make a bologna and cheese sandwich randomly today. I suddenly remembered all the school field trips I went on and how that was the go to sandwich for my mom to make me because it was cheap, easy, and delicious. I'm kinda surprised as how filling one sandwich actually is. May consider incorporating then more in my diet as it would be one less food that's fried.

Im also on a diet. Eating salad/rice with 0% fat cheese and not fried chicken/fish plus that nasty natural yoghurt. Be caretul with bread and what kind of cheese u eat though.
So far I lost 15kg in a month and a half, gained 4 and then lost it next week. I just looked myself in the mirror and im looking hotter but goddamn I already lost my juicy butt!!! That butt was my entire personality what im gonna do now ![]() ![]() ![]()

^ Performing squats should help give you nice glutes, that is another healthier option.
It's also how we're supposed to sit and puts less strain on our spines, compared to traditionally sitting in a chair.

Like shite.
![]() Had a 2 week rehabilitation because of strained muscles in my neck and shoulders area. Had this issue since I finished studies. Finished it on monday, little to no improvement Instead now apart from neck pain I also have diziness every time I wake up from sleep. Can't move my head too fast in bed otherwise it'll be a complete carousel. When I am standing it feels better although a bit shaky. This started happening yesterday, so next day after last rehab day. I have no idea if it was caused by rehab. Also my lumbar area hurts, my knees hurt, the weather is giving me migraines. Also I finished my studies 3 months ago and haven't been able to find job since. Sitting at home is giving me obsessive compulsive disorder and idk what else 2022 has planned for me. ^ I had the same dizziness issue time ago. I went to an otolaryngologist who did the Epley Maneuver on me and dizziness disappeared.
One can do that maneuver also by themself alone, but I recommend to meet a specialist first. |

I don't know if this is childish or not but I frankly do not care.
I feel depressed bc I work so hard... so hard!! I try so hard in life, yet today the only means of fun I have left (my PS4 and my Blu Ray DVD player) both stopped working randomly and wont turn on. I feel really depressed, now what am I supposed to do when I get back everyday exhausted from work? Life is not only work and sleep. My old PS2 is not working for a long time now so I have no replacement. I feel so sad, lately everything I have has stopped working much to my annoyance and I do not exactly have the money to replace anything. Even my car and my microwave are also dead.

![]() ![]() ![]() It's cool right now by the time I get up it'll be very hot outside. 6 or 7 years ago it got so very hot here in Ireland I think it was almost 40 degrees, I couldn't go outside the house for more than one second before going back inside the cat I had at the time didn't like it either and didn't want to go out. It was so hot it was like the sun had landed outside the house, whenever I had to go out it felt like I was walking into the hottest furnace that had been created there was no escape from it apart from staying indoors. I wish I had air conditioning at the time, every time I went to the shop I'd stand under the air con and not move for a while. Prior to that the only time I felt heat that hot was when I was on holiday somewhere foreign I forget where and we rented a car and had the air con on the whole time, the minute I stepped out of the car I could feel the difference immediately it wasn't long before we returned to the car and immediately turned the air con on. I wish it was winter, I prefer cold and wet weather over hot weather. I think that this heat won't last for long I think it'll be gone by this weekend I haven't been keeping up to date with the weather on TV. |
