I liked the plot and cinematic feel to Anniversary, and the characters were great too. Natla and Pierre brought their own villainy charm which kept things interesting. Larson was meh. Levels like The Coliseum or Temple of Khamoon had their own scenic beauty. Obelisk of Khamoon was perhaps the most challanging of all levels if you aimed to collect all the artifacts. I agree with op in the first post that Lara in cotton top is something the devs got right while maintaining a balance of keeping faithful to the classic games and doing their own thing.

Anniversary Pierre and Larson are hot in their own ways.

Anniversary's puzzle , boss fight and trap design is one of the best of the franchise , St-Francis folly and the Egypt levels are masterpieces , and the game had great sound effects .

I have a lot of fun playing TRA, just finished a replay last week. The soundtrack is really good, fun and memorable in places, such as the Egypt theme. I really appreciate some of the expanded puzzle rooms. It has its flaws such as endless corridors (i), but overall it is a very enjoyable game and as a remake/reimagining of TR1, imo, there's enough nostalgia to appreciate, while feeling fresh.

I absolutely agree with these.
Who can deny it? At least they’re way better than Kurtis. Quote:
