Hunchback is one of my favourite Disney films; I've watched it hundreds of times as a kid and I can say with all honesty I like your rendition of this song better than the original

When you hit the notes that are similar between songs your voice timbre is gorgeous I think it might be a more challenging song, as there is a lot more varied and darker emotion (to be honest, I've always thought the soaring vibrato to express wonder is overused in Quasi's song  ) but it tells a story and omg can it be chilling when done right  Some Disney Villain songs (and cartoon villains [and live-action movie villains {and real life villains}] in general) can really make evil sexy but it's unique in that it's some creepy old bastard's visceral guilt tormenting himself.When done by someone young and hot it can become something else entirely depending on what forbidden object they personally are singing about.
