The dev kit leak may be a bit unrealistic, but there are many cases where this happens. From what I know about Eidos/Crystal, they keep their content builds tightly locked up.
Dev kit doesn't sound possible. Virtuos used a "cloud dev kit" for Shadow.

Since DE update 2.00 a golden Llama appears near the ruined tower in San Juan inside a cave. Its the cave that opens to the lake, next to the campfire.

Edit. it seems to appear Post game. My friend who hadn't completed the game on NG+ went to the location and it was not there. They finished the game and it did appear.

Ahh, damn... I guess the days of PS3 dev kits leaking are no more. Besides, I’m pretty sure PS4 dev kits require connection to Sony every 90 days for validation and license updating to launch the programs itself.

Guys it's pretty clear why the llama is there in San Juan and why it only appears post-game...
It's a tease for the future, Paititi is expanding and has now reached San Juan, soon it will conquer the whole world.

Ok, that was fun!

So has anyone thought it could be a glitch? There are two side by side in the last emperors tomb in Paititi. I haven't seen an upclose image of the one in question, but I'm currently at the bit before Unaratu gets...
And there's two in the tomb before.

It's an alcove, actually, not a cave.

I'd consider an Alcove something of human construction haha. But yeah Llama is there, seems to disappear when you enter either challenge tomb in the area but respawns back if you fast travel back into San Juan.
