List of Upcoming events for Tomb Raider (2012)

Okay so from the podcast we can gather that a lot of stuff will be going on this year, here are the events that we can most likely expect to see Tomb Raider at:

Some time Mid February "fun information" will be released according to a post by Meagan Marie. - The news was about coming news.

March
Cory Barlog joins team.

Crystal Habit is released - This news was again about coming news.

Game Developers Conference 2012 : March 5-9, San Francisco, Crystal Dynamics will be there recruiting and will have a booth set up. Unknown at this stage if Tomb Raider will be shown but focus seems to be primarily on the new IP.

April
PAX East: April 6-8, Boston Massachusetts, Might show something behind closed doors but no public viewing plans.

May
Karl will be travelling, Tomb Raider will be presented at E3 judges week.

June
E3 2012: June 5-7, Los Angeles Convention Center, Tomb Raider will be there, will be a big feature, Combat will be shown.

July
Comic-Con 2012: July 12-15, San Diego Convention Center, Another big event for Tomb Raider, there will be behind-the-scenes content and a panel. Different content from E3 will be shown. Demo available.

***There will be International travel during the following months***

August
Games Con 2012: August 15-19, Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Unknown if anything new will be shown. demo available.

PAX Prime 2012: August 26-28, Downtown Seattle, Washington, Unknown if anything new will be shown.

September
Tokyo Game show 2012: September 20-23, Makuhari Messe convention center, Tokyo, playable demo.

Euro Gamer 2012: September 27-30, London, Unknown if anything new will be shown.

October

Igromir Game show 2012: October 4-7, Russia. Playable demo available.

EB Gaming Expo: October 5-7, Sydney, Australia, playable demo available.

New York Comic Con: October 11-14, New York, Javits Centre, Playable Demo available.

And so concludes events season. Roll on the release!

Hope this thread clears some dates up with people, it's going to be a great year for Lara promotion.

I will sticky this thread not only so we can see what is coming up, but also so people can mention events where they have heard the game will be shown. That will be after E3 most likely but for TRU a lot of people missed their chance to play the demo (and see Alison), because they never realised a gaming event was in happening in their area, or found out too late to make arrangements to get there.

+ Mid February when "fun information" is gonna be revealed. Guess it's not going to be anything super exciting, but still. Mid Feb sounds better than March at the moment.

I think Karl said Tomb Raider was 9 months away or something like that in the podcast... like September?.. oh well at least i know the huge list of events coming up Fortunately.

Tomb Raider could still release on September 22nd between that gaming show in Japan.
